R.H. Radcliff Homes grew out of our customers need for an experienced custom homebuilder who had the buying power of a volume builder. We saw an opportunity to deliver to homeowners impressive quality at a lower cost than other builders.

To us, it is a company who has experienced craftspeople who produce quality while building your home to meet your needs, not theirs… people who are available to you, not ducking your calls… and people who anticipate and answer your questions so you understand what to expect and when.
Our Building Supervisors and Craftspeople have built thousand of homes throughout lower Alabama. They know how to produce the quality you expect and they really want to make you a happy customer. A Building Superintendent will manage the building process and work with you to achieve your goals. Our Superintendents care about quality and have the experience to identify problems before they arise. Most of our Craftspeople have been with us for a long time, some since 1989. It’s that kind of commitment and continuity that helps assure a quality product completed in a timely manner.
And, because you expect quality, we use the finest brand name materials and products including GE appliances, PG&T windows, and Moen plumbing, among others.
2-10 Warranty
Would a 10-year, insurance-backed, new construction structural warranty make you sleep more easily in your new home? Ours is approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is combined with a two-year Systems Warranty that protects your home from defects in the electrical, plumbing and mechanical distribution systems as defined in the Construction Performance Guid0elines in the 2-10 HBW Warranty Booklet.
